Coming from a quaint northeastern town in bordering Brown County, Kansas, Constance has been born and raised in the area. Her upbringing was primarily shaped around the old-fashioned ways of helping your neighbor and lending a hand to whomever may need it. With those morals instilled in her, Constance desires to rebuild our communities and rural properties to what they once were, one connection at a time.
Constance has had a career based around customer relations for 18+ years and feels her knowledge of the service industry will be of importance to her network of buyer/seller clients. She feels you deserve someone who will listen, someone who will be proactive and someone who believes their client’s time and dreams are of priority.
She feels her flairs for staging, decorating, organization and curb appeal will be of benefit to her seller clients.
Constance states, “Sometimes the selling process can be overwhelming. I’m looking forward to creating the ‘calm’ every seller yearns for. I am excited to help clients showcase their homes by helping with function and flow. This in turn entices buyers by showing them the true potential of the home.”
Constance will be a partnering REALTOR® to her husband, Craig. Along with their six boys, they live on and operate a small farm west of Holton. They all enjoy working together on the farm, landscaping and attending the boys’ sporting events.
